Your phone number and personal contact details are never shared with our Pros (cleaners). All communication between clients and Pros is managed through Pure & Pristine. Pros must not contact clients directly outside of our platform.

Pure & Pristine Cleaning provides professional domestic, deep cleaning, end of tenancy and commercial cleaning services across West London and surrounding areas.
Pure & Pristine and all Pros are fully insured with public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage during a clean, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
Please ensure all valuables, fragile items and irreplaceable objects are safely stored before your clean. While our Pros take the utmost care, Pure & Pristine cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage.
Our full cancellation and rescheduling policy for clients and Pros
No charge. You are free to cancel or reschedule your booking at no cost. Simply contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.
50% of the total booking value will be charged. This covers the time our Pro has reserved for your appointment.
The full booking total will be charged. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering that slot to other clients.
A formal warning will be issued. Pure & Pristine will do its best to find a replacement Pro for the affected client.
The Pro's job proposals will be reduced for the following month. Consistent unreliability may result in removal from the platform.

All digital products sold by The Pristine Method — including The Ebook, Business Starter Kit and Business Blueprint — are non-refundable. Due to the instant digital nature of these products, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered.
