  • Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card details)

4. Client Phone Numbers & Privacy

🔒 Important

Your phone number and personal contact details are never shared with our Pros (cleaners). All communication between clients and Pros is managed through Pure & Pristine. Pros must not contact clients directly outside of our platform.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share limited data with:

  • Payment processors (Stripe) to process your payments securely
  • Our booking system provider to manage appointments
  • Legal authorities if required by law

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time.

1. Our Services

Pure & Pristine Cleaning provides professional domestic, deep cleaning, end of tenancy and commercial cleaning services across West London and surrounding areas.

2. Bookings

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing via our booking form, email or WhatsApp
  • A booking confirmation will be sent to your email address
  • By confirming a booking you agree to these Terms & Conditions
  • We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion

3. Pricing

  • Domestic cleaning: £20/hr (minimum 2 hours)
  • Deep cleaning: £25/hr (minimum 2 hours)
  • Commercial cleaning: £22/hr (minimum 2 hours)
  • End of tenancy: contact for quote
  • Products surcharge: +£1.50/hr if cleaner brings products

4. Client Cancellation Policy

📋 Cancellation Policy
  • More than 24 hours notice — no charge, free to cancel or reschedule
  • Less than 24 hours notice — 50% of the booking total will be charged
  • Less than 2 hours notice or no-show — full booking total will be charged

5. Pro Cancellation Policy

⚠️ Pro Policy
  • Pros are expected to honour all confirmed bookings
  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice = formal warning
  • 3 or more cancellations in a calendar month = reduced job proposals
  • Repeated cancellations may result in removal from the platform

6. Client Privacy & Contact Details

🔒 Privacy Protection
  • Client phone numbers are never shared with Pros
  • All communication is managed through Pure & Pristine
  • Pros must not contact clients directly outside our platform
  • Any breach may result in immediate removal from the platform

7. Liability

Pure & Pristine and all Pros are fully insured with public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage during a clean, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.

⚠️

Please ensure all valuables, fragile items and irreplaceable objects are safely stored before your clean. While our Pros take the utmost care, Pure & Pristine cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage.

8. Payments

  • Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept bank transfer and card payments via Stripe
  • Late payments may result in suspension of future bookings
  • Invoices are available on request

Cancellation Policy

Our full cancellation and rescheduling policy for clients and Pros

Client Cancellation Policy

✅ More than 24 hours notice

No charge. You are free to cancel or reschedule your booking at no cost. Simply contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.

⚠️ Less than 24 hours notice

50% of the total booking value will be charged. This covers the time our Pro has reserved for your appointment.

❌ Less than 2 hours notice or no-show

The full booking total will be charged. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering that slot to other clients.

Pro Cancellation Policy

⚠️ Less than 24 hours notice

A formal warning will be issued. Pure & Pristine will do its best to find a replacement Pro for the affected client.

❌ 3 or more cancellations in a month

The Pro's job proposals will be reduced for the following month. Consistent unreliability may result in removal from the platform.

❌ No Refund Policy

All digital products sold by The Pristine Method — including The Ebook, Business Starter Kit and Business Blueprint — are non-refundable. Due to the instant digital nature of these products, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered.

This includes:

Why No Refunds?

Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed. By purchasing any digital product from The Pristine Method you agree that you understand and accept this no refund policy.
